I am so excited to tell you about the incredible massage I had last week. I had the amazing opportunity to experience the Signature Massage at the Red Door Spa at the gorgeous La Paloma Resort in sunny Tucson, Arizona.
Upon arriving, I checked in and was instructed to fill out the Guest Pre-Treatment Form indicating how I was feeling that day and any additional information the masseuse may need to know before the service. I then made my way back into the lounge area to change into one of plush robes (I swear, I could live in this robe) and spent a few minutes with my feet up in the relaxation room.
The masseuse led me back to the service room and explained that she would be using aromatherapy during the massage. She let me smell the 5 oils and I chose a citrus scent. She then began the massage and let me tell you.... it was AMAZING. Going into the massage, I was extremely nervous. I've had one other massage in my life and it was a horrible experience afterwards because I felt incredibly sick. I loved the signature massage because it forced me to just relax and let my mind slow down. I actually think I fell asleep a few times!
